The 6-Week Self-Defense Bootcamp is designed to help participants develop confidence, enhance their physical abilities, and build lasting habits for personal safety. Open to individuals aged 16 and older, regardless of fitness or experience level, this program provides over 24 hours of expert instruction, including heavy bag gloves, hand wraps, a course uniform, and protective gear.
This bootcamp focuses on both physical and mental transformation. Participants will improve their strength and conditioning, learn conflict resolution techniques, and master essential self-defense strategies. The training covers empty hand tactics, improvised and edged weapon techniques, weapon defense, and legal considerations for self-defense situations.
Beyond physical techniques, the program emphasizes mental resilience and the ability to de-escalate conflicts before they escalate. Participants will gain the skills necessary to handle real-world threats with confidence and composure, combining verbal de-escalation methods with practical self-defense tactics.
The course offers an intense fitness component, helping participants develop explosive power, endurance, and striking techniques. It also covers strategies for defending against impact weapons, knives, and firearms, as well as using everyday objects for self-defense. By the end of the program, students will have established strong habits to maintain both peak physical fitness and mental fortitude.
The bootcamp runs from March 24 to April 30, 2025, with sessions held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 PM to 8 PM. The cost is $439, with a discounted rate available for those who register by March 1, 2025. Completing all sessions qualifies participants for a $50 rebate, with an additional rebate for those who enroll with a friend and complete the program together.
